I want to give it this dripline a 1-star review because it was a total waste of money but I gave it 2 stars as a concession to my desire to be fair-minded.\r\n\r\nThe product was not defective. Just ineffective. Perhaps there’s an application in which you need tiny little wet spots 9 inches apart. That wasn’t what I needed but it is what this dripline delivered.\r\n\r\nIf tiny wet spots are your thing, this is the product for you. But if you’re looking for a product that will wet the area around each emitter sufficiently to wet the entire area between emitters you’re going to be sorely disappointed. I tried this dripline in two different applications — both were failures. The first was a long, narrow bed of tall, tightly bunched day lilies where even a tall sprinkler head is blocked. Even running this line 3x longer than any of my other plants needed watering wasn’t sufficient to wet the day lily bed. In the second application, I spiraled a length of dripline around the base of a tree to water the groundcovers and shady perennials under the canopy. Again, even keeping the cycle on 3x longer than what is needed on the rest of my Dig micro-watering system wasn’t enough to wet the area sufficiently.

Reviewed on www.homedepot.com·Impala67
Some emitters have water erupting like a geyser out of them, others are dripping steadily, others are barely dripping and the rest have no water coming out of them at all. Some of the soil is soaking wet and some of it is still bone dry at the emitters after 40 minutes. Just opened the roll up and installed them today and now I have to try to figure out some other way to water my container vegetable garden in the couple of days we have left before vacation. And I had to order this product which arrived several days late.

I can’t recommend. Drippers are very uneven for flow. I made rings of 3 or 4 drippers around plants. In a single ring, one had steady flow, one had super slow seepage, one had no flow at all. I wrote to DIG, and they sent me a new roll. That was not quite as bad, but still had varying flow. Since you put this down and you want to depend on plants getting the water they need, I can’t recommend this product.

Some emitters drip, some spray very hard, some not at all. In some places water is spraying from pin holes in the tubing opposite the emitters. This tubing is unusable because some areas are being flooded while other areas are not getting the water expected. I do have a 25# regulator at the water source. Product was received 5/19/23 and installed 5/30/23.

Fountains water from few holes

Not sure how I can return since I installed it in my garden. Few holes didn’t cover have the proper control so water is fountained from those holes. I need to fix it with tape to block those holes I think.
