A 65-year-old woman was struck by stray gunfire in a West Philadelphia shooting that critically injured a man on Market Street Tuesday night, police said.

Two people are facing murder charges after police say a confrontation at a Philadelphia home escalated to a shootout, leaving two people dead and another hurt.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two men were killed and another was injured in a triple shooting on New Year's Day in Northeast Philadelphia. It happened on the 7100 block of Oakland Street, where evidence markers were scattered across lawns, sidewalks and the street.

Two men were killed and a third was injured in a triple shooting on a residential block in Northeast Philadelphia on Thursday morning, according to police. Officers from the 2nd District were called to the 7100 block of Oakland Street — just off Princeton Avenue — for a report of a shooting shortly after 11 a.m.
