FAA orders investigation into Blue Origin flight mishap

WASHINGTON, April 20 () - The Federal Aviation ‌Administration said Monday ‌it is ordering an ​investigation into Blue Origin New Glenn 3 second-stage failure on ‌Sunday. The ⁠FAA is requiring Blue Origin to ⁠conduct a mishap investigation and ​will approve ​Blue ​Origin’s final report ‌and any corrective actions before it can resume flights.
